Year 2 Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 2 Teacher to join our vibrant and fun primary school in West London. As a Year 2 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our pupils, promoting academic excellence, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide pastoral care and guidance to Year 2 pupils, promoting teamwork and a conducive learning environment.
  • Teach the Key Stage 1 curriculum to groups of children, focusing on individual learning targets and encouraging strengths and improvement.
  • Develop maths skills, introducing fractions, statistics, and geometry, and help children develop their writing ability by creating engaging stories.
  • Monitor and report on children's progress to parents, ensuring they receive regular updates on their academic development.
