Paraplanning Role

We are seeking a skilled Paraplanning professional to join our team at Aspire Executive Search. As a Paraplanning Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with financial advisers and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Liaise with product providers to obtain timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
  • Manage Letters of Authority and gather essential information to facilitate client transactions.
  • Obtain illustrations and application forms to support client needs.
  • Produce portfolio valuations to ensure clients' financial goals are met.
  • Ensure fund switches, rebalances, top-ups, and withdrawals are executed accurately and within company timelines.
  • Conduct annual reviews to assess clients' financial progress.
  • Prepare templated suitability reports to inform clients' investment decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and systems to support client transactions.
