Business Operations Coordinator

The Pure Gold Company, a rapidly growing physical gold and silver brokerage, is seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to support its continued expansion.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the company's growth.
About The Role- This role involves managing reception and client support, including greeting clients, answering phone calls and emails, and directing inquiries to relevant teams.
- You will also be responsible for coordinating office operations, such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and troubleshooting office equipment.
- Furthermore, this position requires strong software expertise, with in-depth experience in Microsoft Office Suite, collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, and good time-management and planning skills.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
