Process Operative

Harrison Spinks is a family-owned business that values quality, innovation, and sustainability. We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Process Operative in the Sewing Department, Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand and work with production tickets to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
- Prepare Borders & Panels while checking specifications to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Visually inspect finished items to identify any flaws and record data for Technical Lead Operatives.
- Monitor and record scrap/yield to optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to resolve complications and improve productivity.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Sewing experience is preferred but not essential; opportunities for training as a sewing machinist are available.
- Enthusiastic and flexible approach to adapt to changing requests and priorities.
- Ability to self-manage time, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Essential attributes: Hungry, Smart, and Humility.
