">About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a talented and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students with special educational needs and disabilities.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £33,075 - £50,471 per year, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus for qualified teachers. Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students with special educational needs and disabilities.
- Work collaboratively with other members of staff as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Maintain and use short-, medium-, and long-term plans in delivering the curriculum.
- Set, monitor, and review personalised targets that will optimise learning for everyone.
- Monitor, assess, review, and report on the progress and work of students to parents, team members, senior staff, examination, and funding bodies through reports and identified meetings as directed and as is required through school policies and procedures.
- Develop lesson plans analysing and self-reflecting on the outcomes.
- Contribute to the review of Statements and EHC plans, PEP and LAC reviews.
- Provide clear structures for lessons maintaining pace, motivation, and challenge.
- Maintain an overall awareness of current issues in the field of autism to be able to plan for effective teaching and learning.
- Work in a non-confrontational way to ensure individual needs are met.
Requirements:
- Pgce, qts, or equivalent teaching qualification and evidence of in-service training.
- Experience of teaching secondary age in a primary manner desirable.
- Ability to teach across a range of subjects.
- Relevant knowledge and experience of pupils with ASD, SEMH, and PDA profile.
- Understanding of the Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
- Experience of managing a range of approaches to behaviour, including managing behaviours that challenge.
