Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Henley-on-Thames. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering civil engineering projects, including drainage, service, road infrastructure, and earthworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and prepare associated drawings from concept stage to construction
  • Prepare Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Statements, and Service Strategy Reports
  • Design and detail works associated with highway and drainage agreements
  • Conduct site audits and feasibility assessments
  • Manage and lead a team of engineers in undertaking technical work and report writing
Requirements
  • Relevant degree and several years of experience in civil engineering
  • Experience in writing reports, such as Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Statements
  • Experience in designing foul and surface water drainage systems using MicroDrainage
  • Experience in using ground modeling software for highway and earthworks design
  • Knowledge of national guidance, such as Design Manual for Roads and Bridges
