Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1-2-1 support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as person care, household chores, and activities that support their health and wellbeing.
  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a high-quality service that meets the needs of service users.

Working Pattern

We are offering part-time permanent contracts with varying shifts, requiring flexibility to support people during their required times. Rota's are planned approximately 4-6 weeks in advance.
