As a Health and Social Care Support Worker, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team serving the Lochinver / Durness / K.L.M. / Scorie, West Sutherland area. Your primary responsibility will be to provide holistic care to patients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and supporting them after hospital discharge.
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals who can work flexibly and use their initiative to provide high-quality patient care. The post-holders will be part of a team delivering a high-quality service to the local community.
No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training and induction will be provided. A driving license and access to a personal vehicle for work purposes are essential.
This is a bank post with set shifts available, including 7am-2pm and 5pm-10pm, or as per service requirements. Please note that this role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), and NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with one.
