Assistant Manager Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Two Brewers in Chigwell. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, training and leading our bar and waiting staff, and managing busy services and events.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
  • Train and develop our bar and waiting staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions
  • Contribute to the development of our menu and drinks offerings
