Lead Mixologist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Mixologist & Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in London. This unique opportunity will see you overseeing two distinct venues within one concept, managing the bar for an upstairs restaurant with an impressive 400-bin wine list and creating memorable experiences in both.

**The Role:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for running two contrasting bars, curating the wine selection, and delivering perfection in every drink served. You will also handle rotas, P&L, and orders while focusing on hands-on leadership and team development.

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Proven experience in team leadership and development
• Knowledgeable about wine, with WSET qualifications a plus
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**What We Offer:**

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
