We are seeking an experienced Locality Team Lead to join our Children's Services team in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our locality teams, ensuring that they deliver high-quality services to vulnerable children and their families.

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of around £50,000-£65,000 per year, depending on your experience. You will also be entitled to a range of benefits, including annual leave up to 30 days per year, up to 15 days per year training and development offer, and free parking across all of our office sites.
