Job Title: Financial & Operations Manager

About the Role:

We're a rapidly growing company with a strong culture and a commitment to employee development. As our Financial & Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver scalable finance operations covering key transactional processes, including Purchase to Pay (P2P).
  • Provide a best-in-class finance operations service to finance stakeholders and other business-wide stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain Accounts Payable policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Define KPIs to track performance and drive mitigating actions for areas predicted to deviate from thresholds.
  • Agree SLAs with the Senior Leadership team and define KPIs to track performance against agreed SLAs.
  • Lead a scalable and lean Finance Operations team using efficient processes and automation.

  • Experience using data and KPI dashboards to understand performance and make recommendations for change.
  • Experience of root cause analysis and resolution.
