Entrust Resource Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Method Development Analytical Chemist to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. As a key member of our analytical team, you will be responsible for performing analyses on a variety of pharmaceuticals and related chemical compounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis and Method Development: Utilize a range of analytical techniques, including HPLC, LC-MS, GC, and others to perform analyses and develop robust methods for others to use and follow.
  • Method Validation and SOP Creation: Develop and validate methods, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
  • Instrumentation Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Project Management: Define tasks and approaches on analytical projects, and ensure work is conducted to project deadlines and GMP guidelines.
  • Collaboration and Support: Assist colleagues with complex analytical tasks and provide expertise to support the development of analytical methods.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a BSc/MSc in Chemistry (or related subject) and previous experience in analytical chemistry, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry. A strong understanding of GMP guidelines and analytical techniques is essential.
