About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Assessment Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and timely assessments of children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out assessments within 45 working days
- Share expert advice with managers on risk management and intervention needs
- Work closely with partner agencies to ensure timely and appropriate responses
- Support the development of strong and restorative relationships with children, families, and partner agencies
