Part 2 Architectural Assistant at Ackroyd Lowrie Architects


Ackroyd Lowrie Architects is a forward-thinking architecture practice based in East London, dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions.


We work across a range of sectors and scales, from commercial and residential projects to regeneration and retrofit schemes. Our award-winning design process utilizes VR technology to engage clients and stakeholders in the design process.


We are seeking an ambitious Part 2 candidate who is passionate about design and the city. The ideal candidate will have excellent design, graphical, and technical skills, as well as strong communication and project management abilities.


Required skills:

• Must be passionate about design and the city

• Excellent design, graphical, and technical skills

• Excellent communication skills with confident manner, client-facing experience is preferred

• Strong team player

• Great project management skills – the ability to manage multiple projects

• Have an interest in innovative technology

• Software skills: BIM/ArchiCAD

• Experience of the following would also be an advantage: rendering tools, nbs


Required experience:

• The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of work experience since Part 1, preferably in the UK.

• RIBA stages from 0 to 7

• Working on contract values between £2m-£50m

• Working on both retrofit and new builds

• This is a permanent position with an immediate start date
