Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a newly acquired hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for driving food standards and creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

About the Role:

• Manage and develop a team of 5 chefs and kitchen porters to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service.
• Oversee all kitchen management, including EHO requirements, wage cost, and food cost targets.
• Develop and implement menus that meet the hotel's culinary standards and appeal to a wide range of guests.
• Collaborate with the hotel's management team to ensure seamless integration of food and beverage operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a four-star hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
