Senior Microwave/RF Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Microwave Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-performance RF hardware for various platforms.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with experts in the field to test, diagnose faults, propose and implement corrective design changes, qualification, verification, and product life cycle support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and test RF and Microwave products, including integration with digital and high-speed driver controls.
  2. Propose and implement design changes to RF and Microwave products and test methods.
  3. Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for various products, attending project update meetings and communicating with team members.
  4. Provide guidance and coaching to other team members to promote best practice sharing and knowledge exploitation.
  5. Support IPTs with guidance and direction to identify, mitigate or resolve technical issues within projects.
  6. Hold a HNC/HND or Undergraduate Degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics, or Applied Physics, or equivalent experience and skills.

What We Offer

We offer a 12-month + project, with a rate of £70ph (Inside IR35), and a hybrid working arrangement. The role is based in Bedfordshire.
