About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our Support Services team at Priory Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality dining experience for our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning, preparation, and cooking of meals to meet the dietary needs of our service users.
- Work collaboratively with our Catering Assistants to ensure a smooth and efficient catering service.
- Develop and maintain a menu that meets the nutritional and culinary needs of our service users.
- Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to our service users, responding to their dietary needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Basic qualification in food hygiene.
- Level 2 diploma in food hygiene or qualified by previous experience in catering.
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality service.
- Excellent organisational capability.
- Effective communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and energy.
- Flexibility and strong "can do" attitude.
