Job Summary

AWE is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Planner to support the delivery of complex infrastructure projects. As a key member of the project controls team, you will work on a broad spectrum of projects in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Planning processes, policies, and procedures
  • Produce Planning and EV deliverables in accordance with agreed business rhythm
  • Deliver long-range operational integrated Programme Planning activities
  • Support the Senior Project Controls Manager with emergent projects as directed by the Programme
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders, including contractors
Requirements
  • Proficiency in P6
  • Development, integration, and analysis of project plans
  • Best practice planning processes and tools
  • Confidence modelling processes and techniques
  • Analytical approach and passion for interpreting charts and spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of NEC4, standard form of contract
  • Provision of planning and scheduling expertise in support of a project team
  • Prioritising and working to challenging timescales
  • Coaching, developing, and inspiring a team
