About the Role

Pertemps TM is seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and breakdown works to M&E kit across our portfolio of clients in the Reading, Slough, Surrey, and SE London areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service and repair of mechanical equipment, including AHU's, FCUs, basic plumbing, water temperature checks, and heating systems
  • Pumps and motors
  • Emergency light testing and fire alarm testing
  • Lighting, ballasts, UPS, and BMS
  • First and second fix on lighting

Requirements

  • C&G or NVQ in Mechanical or Plumbing
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work on a mobile basis

  • Up to £40,000 per annum
  • Travel allowance after 30 minutes each way
