Job Opportunity for Oxbridge Graduates

We are seeking highly motivated and academically talented Oxbridge graduates to join our team as Secondary Teaching Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a world-renowned Secondary School in the Borough of Barking & Dagenham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in the classroom and contribute to the development of engaging lesson plans
  • Work with students on a one-to-one and group basis to raise attainment and improve academic performance
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of lessons, including the creation of educational resources

Requirements:

  • Oxbridge degree in a relevant subject
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with students and staff
