Job Title: Patient Transport Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Transport Liaison Officer to join our team at EMED Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transportation of patients across our network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital wards, outpatient units, and bed managers to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Collaborate with operational managers to identify and address operational issues that may impact patient care.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on patient transportation and care to hospital staff and patients.
  • Work closely with the Patient Flow Manager to forecast and plan for patient demand, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve patient transportation and care.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a healthcare or transportation setting, with a strong understanding of patient care and transportation principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hospital staff and patients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient care and safety.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
