About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide safe and effective medication management
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
