We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Nursery Assistant at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Hitchin, part of Grandir UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and supporting children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of level 3 qualified practitioners, promoting learning and development.
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for the children, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Communicating effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, building strong relationships and promoting a positive atmosphere.
  • Attending regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertaking training as required, staying up-to-date with best practices and company initiatives.
