About the Job:
FARFETCH is seeking a highly skilled Language Specialist to join its team in London. As the language quality guardian for the farfetch.com French website, you will be responsible for building and maintaining style guides, language guidelines, and training materials to ensure a consistent voice and tone in all content.

You will work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and UX design to ensure that all localised copy aligns with business objectives and resonates with the target audience. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Localising and adapting brand & marketing copy, UX content, and B2B materials;
  • Ensuring a seamless customer journey by translating and adapting UX copy;
  • Managing an external network of translation vendors;
  • Building and maintaining language style guides and tone of voice guidelines;
  • Developing and delivering language training materials and guidelines;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives;
  • Conducting regular quality reviews and audits of website content;
  • Participating in cross-functional projects and contributing insights on localisation strategies.
