Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Lawyer to join our team at Kronospan. As a key member of our management board, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Following up on negotiations and being the main point of contact with management boards regarding legal issues
- Providing legal supervision over high-risk contractors
- Supporting and/or managing new/non-standard contracts with customers and suppliers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Higher legal education
- Excellent Latvian, English language skills, with Russian being an advantage
- Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in industry
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
