About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Management Specialist to join our dynamic team at Area. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key part in assisting the Construction and Pre-Construction Directors, ensuring our contracts team and pre-con team operate effectively.

As a Contract Management Specialist, you will support the department's functions to run smoothly, promoting growth and meeting financial objectives. You will be joining a tight-knit team that works hard to deliver excellence, holding each other accountable to high standards.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Liaise with clients/representatives & Area solicitors to arrange full execution of contracts
  • Manage the subcontractors' scoring matrix
  • Raise new project registration and PO forms
  • Work closely with Contracts Managers to oversee the contact directory
  • Assist with drafting subcontractors' agreements and collateral warranties
  • Manage the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) process
  • Log subcontractors accounts on PayApps

Professional Skills & Experience:

  • A strong background in administration
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Used to dealing with multiple tasks at any one time
  • Proactive and organised
  • Effective time management
  • A good communicator and team player

  • Estimated salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
