We are seeking an experienced Caretaker or Handyman to join our team at Hatched Recruitment Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our sites and buildings in North London.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties.
• Gardening: Maintain the gardens and outdoor spaces to a high standard.
• Painting: Carry out painting and decorating tasks as required.
• Basic Plumbing: Perform basic plumbing tasks to resolve issues.
• Basic Carpentry: Carry out basic carpentry tasks to maintain and repair our properties.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a maintenance or repair capacity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks.
