Job Title: Technical Team Lead

At Eurocell Group PLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead to join our team. As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising operatives and processes to deliver a safe, compliant, and efficient operation in line with targets, budgets, and plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of PVCu Technicians through role modeling the Company Values of Gritty, Proud, Decent, and Agile
  • Ensure that your team is fully trained and confident in fulfilling their role and developing technicians and operators
  • Ensure conformance to plan (CTP) and plan achievement (PA) targets are achieved
  • Adhere to manufacturing budgets and all operational policies, processes, and SOP's
  • Minimise waste and segregate it following company environmental protocols
  • Ensure weekly payroll and clocking in procedures are completed in line with payroll deadlines
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Adhere to risk assessments, SOP's, and safe systems of work within the team
  • Investigate all reported SHE incidents and implement relevant containment, corrective, and preventative action plans
Requirements:
  • Experience of managing large teams within a Production, Manufacturing, or Extrusion facility
  • Experience of developing and coaching successful teams
  • Knowledge of delivering Process Improvements
  • Recent experience of a fast-paced environment, working under pressure
  • A customer-orientated attitude in line with company policies
  • Excellent communication at all levels
