Head of Event Planning Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Event Planning to lead our team in delivering exceptional events at one of Edinburgh's top venues.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in event planning and coordination, with a background in working within venues or catering. They will be responsible for collaborating with clients to create bespoke menus, managing a dedicated team, and coordinating all events logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the event planning team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Collaborate with clients to create tailored event experiences
  • Manage a team of event coordinators to deliver high-quality events
  • Coordinate all events logistics, including venue setup and catering
  • Work closely with culinary staff to ensure exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination
  • Background in working within venues or catering
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional events
