We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at i2i Recruitment.
About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and building relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through research-driven, personalized, and professional outreach via email, telephone, and LinkedIn.
- Book meetings, build rapport, and pitch our services to ensure customers receive full insight into how we can help.
- Attend industry events to identify potential businesses and opportunities.
- Encourage operational excellence across the business.
- Deliver timely and consistent responses, follow-through, and follow-up in response to partner requests and issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, with evidence of effective customer liaison.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Dependable, positive, and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills.
- Able to deal with stakeholders at all levels externally.
What We Offer:
