About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and building relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through research-driven, personalized, and professional outreach via email, telephone, and LinkedIn.
  • Book meetings, build rapport, and pitch our services to ensure customers receive full insight into how we can help.
  • Attend industry events to identify potential businesses and opportunities.
  • Encourage operational excellence across the business.
  • Deliver timely and consistent responses, follow-through, and follow-up in response to partner requests and issues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, with evidence of effective customer liaison.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Dependable, positive, and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills.
  • Able to deal with stakeholders at all levels externally.
