- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in patient transport and mental health care.
- Valid Full UK Manual Driving License.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (paid for by the company).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work as part of a close-knit team, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
