About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Capital Delivery team at Manchester Airport PLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing commercial and contract management services for capital and construction expenditure activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing end-to-end commercial services to client organisations and other business areas.
  • Managing pre and post-contract duties for airport maintenance and refurbishment projects.
  • Procurement and contracts delivery for various projects within the airport location and across the MAG Group.
  • Day-to-day management of MAG framework contractors.
  • Supporting contract management and supplier relationship management across the capital programme to maximise end-to-end value opportunities.

You will have a bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field, with a sound knowledge of industry standards and trends. 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying is desirable.

You will be an effective communicator with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. In addition, you'll have good analytical skills and be able to influence and manage senior stakeholders.
