Job Summary

Oval Recruit is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee Paraplanner to join our team. As a Graduate Trainee Paraplanner, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our team of Advisors, assisting with researching, analyzing, and producing reports, and developing your knowledge of writing Financial Planning reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with researching and analyzing client data to provide accurate and comprehensive reports.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, pensions, IHT, estate, and tax planning.
  • Support the team with client administration, client onboarding, and transactions as required.
  • Follow up on new business applications and update clients accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the financial services industry or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
