About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering reporting and analysis for marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and analytics for marketing activities, including Google Analytics (GA4) and Tag Manager.
  • Monitor and analyze paid media performance, including PPC and ecommerce analytics.
  • Manage and optimize audience segmentation using Salesforce CRM.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to support business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in digital analytics and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and Tag Manager.
  • Experience with paid media, ecommerce analytics, and CRM management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
