As a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health care and support to patients within the community. Your role will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs, risks, and appropriate interventions.
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
