Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the M&E part of a major healthcare project, ensuring all project phases are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all members are aligned with project goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Monitor project finances, ensuring that expenditure is controlled and financial objectives are met.
  • Ensure that all project work meets the required standards and regulations, particularly in healthcare settings.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management, including key metrics on timelines, budget, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in project management, with a strong background in managing high-value projects within the built environment and preferably within the healthcare or public sector.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large, complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong experience in identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • A relevant degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is highly desirable.
