**About the Role:**

  1. Support the Chief of Staff in running the CEO's office and managing key responsibilities.
  2. Develop a strong understanding of the CEO's and Chief of Staff's agenda, objectives, and strategic plans.
  3. Ensure the smooth operation of the CEO's office and oversee Board & Governance matters.
  4. Provide daily strategic, commercial, and operational support to the UK CEO & Chief of Staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including internal and external parties.
  3. Communicate effectively through verbal, written, and presentational delivery.
  4. Work collaboratively with the Executive team to drive aligned strategic and operational decisions.

**Requirements:**

  1. Proven experience working with senior executive stakeholders and influencing others.
  2. Strong understanding of core business lines and markets.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
