Join Our Team as a Support Worker

We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers at Gap Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with emotional, behavioural, and learning difficulties in Lincoln.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our service users. This will involve:

  • Forming positive relationships with service users and creating a safe and supportive environment.
  • Encouraging service users to develop self-control and independence skills.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Supporting service users to access community resources and participate in social and leisure activities.
  • Providing guidance and advice to service users as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three months' experience in a care or support setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A full driving license.
