Role Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming supplier requests, maintain request logs, and collaborate with billing assistants.
  • Conduct validity checks on information change requests within our database.
  • Assist in maintaining vendor status trackers and liaise with the accounts payable team to ensure a seamless supplier creation journey.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold financial policies and procedures.
  • Support audits and inquiries related to accounts payable processes.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to facilitate vendor creation within our database.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads efficiently.
  • Experience with Elite 3e is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of VAT regulations is beneficial.
  • Solid numeracy skills are essential for accurate data processing.
