About the Role

Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Frome. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of residential property conveyancing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial conveyancing, although this is not essential. A minimum of 5 years PQE is required, with good academic results and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will work closely with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and achieve exceptional results. You will be responsible for drafting and approving documents, advising clients on costs, and managing cases from start to finish.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 28 days holiday and Bank Holidays.
