About the Role

Gibson Hollyhomes is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant - Construction to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the setup and maintenance of job files, attending site meetings, and maintaining internal systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Job File Setup: Set up and maintain job files to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.
  • Site Meetings: Attend regular site meetings to provide administrative support and take minutes as required.
  • Internal Systems: Maintain internal systems with live updates to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
  • Liaison Services: Liaise with sub-contractors and Project Managers to facilitate effective project delivery.

Requirements
  • Administration Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience in administration, preferably in a construction or similar industry.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and timely completion of tasks.
  • Prioritisation and Time Management: Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days' annual leave. A valid driver's licence is necessary for the application.
