Maintenance Plumber Opportunity

At Atrium Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality property maintenance services across Cambridge and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks in residential properties, focusing on plumbing and general property upkeep.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various issues in domestic properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Source parts and materials from local suppliers when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work and report updates via a mobile device daily.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in plumbing or property maintenance.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide clear and detailed reports.
