About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behavior in our residential homes across Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with high-quality person-centered care, including daily living activities, personal care, and emotional support.
  • Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with individual care plans and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by maintaining infection control measures and adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Assist individuals with meal preparation, daily living skills, and promote independence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and support.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in health or social care, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Willingness to expand knowledge and undertake training to enhance skills and expertise.
  • Passion for supporting individuals and promoting independence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
