IT Director

This is a vital role within the Corporate Services directorate, encompassing all of IT service delivery across the Council and its wholly owned companies.

The successful candidate will be a key player in shaping the future of our organisation and providing first-class services to the communities we serve.

They will have significant knowledge and understanding of IT delivery and the associated networks, applications, and controls required by a high-performing service.

Strong relationships will be built across the organisation and with key partners to ensure our IT service meets their needs and the needs of the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies and plans.
• Oversee the delivery of IT services, including network, applications, and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
