About the Job
Safety Talent is looking for a highly skilled Health and Safety Professional to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing Health & Safety Consultancy services to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs for clients.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site visits to identify potential hazards and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide expert advice on health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of client activities, including audit findings and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in health and safety consultancy or a related field.
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate qualification.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is up to £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career progression.
