At RNN Group, we are seeking an experienced SEND Support Assessor to join our Additional Learning Support Team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with learners, their families, schools, colleagues, and external agencies to identify and design support plans for individuals with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.

The role involves working collaboratively with learners to access learning, college facilities, and fully participate in general College activities. You will have experience in supporting students with emotional and behavioural difficulties and of working with young people and vulnerable adults with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.

A successful candidate will hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths (or be willing to undertake), as well as a specialist qualification in a relevant SEND area. The salary for this position is estimated at £40,000 - £54,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will report directly to the Head of Additional Learning and High Needs Support and work as part of the Group's Additional Learning Support Team. Benefits include access to local government pensions scheme, up to 44 days annual leave, and parking available at all sites.
