About the Role

As our Application Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with Vendors, Business Owners, and IT colleagues to assure the ROI and effectiveness of the SaaS products supported. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including developing and implementing new services, managing incidents, and providing expert advice to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience and breadth of understanding of supporting and advising on SaaS Business Applications in Technology. They will also have excellent communication and documentation skills, showing planning, evaluation, and governance of best practices for SaaS usage and adoption.

We offer a highly competitive salary package up to £63,719 annually, including a base pay of £41,725, a Recruitment Retention Allowance (RRA) of £5,300 per annum, and excellent annual leave starting at 27.5 days (plus Bank Holidays), rising to 32.5 days (plus Bank Holidays) after 5 years.
