At The Benacre Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Tradesperson to join our in-house team as an Assistant Carpenter/Multi Trade person.
This is a diverse role that requires the ability to work on various tasks, including general building duties, plumbing, painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, and upkeep of our estate facilities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in carpentry and multi-trade skills, who can adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
A competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in maintaining the high standards of our estate.
