Conveyancing Assistant - Property Transactions

As a conveyancing assistant in property transactions, you will be responsible for supporting a number of fee earners on their caseloads using Proclaim case management software.

We are looking for a motivated and career-driven individual with at least 12 months experience within a residential conveyancing team to join our team at Sacco Mann.

About the Role:
  • Support fee earners on their caseloads using Proclaim case management software.
  • Prepare, organize, and archive legal files and supporting documentation.
  • Manage digital dictation and diary systems.
  • Liaise with clients and third parties for efficient communication.
  • Perform general administrative duties including email management, photocopying, and other tasks.
  • Order property searches and conduct client ID checks as necessary.
  • Manage land registry matters.
  • Oversee exchanges and completions to ensure timely completion of transactions.
  • Billing and financial management.
